3 Different Ways of Making a Perfect Chai

Chai is a staple in the diet of most Indians. A cup of Steaming hot tea, usually served in kulhars, is a fan favourite in India. The tradition of drinking “chai” in India encompasses all boundaries, with chai being drunk on the roadsides. Normally tea is prepared with milk, tea leaves, and spices, along with sugar, and it is a common site in India to see people sitting in groups and sharing their evening tea, accompanied by laughter, discussions, and, of course, biscuits or rusks. Many Indians will tell you that “chai” is an emotion, and this shows how deeply ingrained tea is in Indian culture and in the hearts of people.
